Meghann N. Roehl

Bio:

Meghann handles legal matters related to personal injury, medical, dental and podiatric malpractice, nursing home negligence, labor law, product liability, municipal law, civil rights, general liability, contract disputes and commercial litigation. She manages all aspects of litigation from commencement through trial and appeals.

Meghann provides risk management to all clients and helps to develop policies and procedures for avoiding litigation. She handles professional licensing disputes before New York State agencies. She interprets, negotiates and drafts health care provider agreements and service documentation.

Additionally, Meghann represents health care and human service providers with regulatory, compliance, enforcement, litigation and corporate matters for skilled nursing, assisted living and independent senior housing facilities, home care agencies, clinics, medical transportation providers, pharmacies and other health care professionals.

Additionally, Meghann represents municipalities, municipal agencies and school districts in litigation, civil rights claims and Article 7 Tax Certiorari matters.
